1. Our standard
Panda Intelligence exists to connect real advertisers with real audiences. We apply pre-bid and post-bid controls to filter invalid traffic, block malicious creatives and keep publisher environments clean. Quality is a condition of participation, not an add-on.
2. Prohibited content
The network does not accept malware, phishing, deceptive software, fake downloads, counterfeit goods, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, illegal products or services, or content that exploits minors. Restricted categories such as gambling, finance and dating require prior written approval and may be limited by geography.
3. Invalid traffic
We monitor for bots, data-center traffic, click farms, pixel stuffing, ad stacking, forced redirects and other manipulation. Traffic identified as invalid is not billed to advertisers and is not payable to publishers. Repeated violations lead to suspension and forfeiture of disputed balances.
4. Creative review
Creatives must accurately represent the offer, avoid misleading claims and comply with the laws of the target country. We may request substantiation for health, financial or comparative claims and may remove creatives at any time.
5. Publisher environments
Publishers must not place tags on pages with prohibited content, auto-play audio, forced downloads, or misleading navigation. Sites must have a privacy policy and obtain any consent required for ad cookies.
6. Reporting abuse
To report a malicious or misleading ad, use our Report Abuse page or email [email protected] with the ad URL, a screenshot and a short description. We aim to review every report within 24 hours.
