FAQ

Answers,
without the runaround.

The questions buyers and publishers ask before joining. If yours is missing, a partner manager will answer it directly — usually within an hour.

Advertisers

What is the minimum budget?

A $100 deposit gets you live. We recommend at least $100 per test segment; CPM and CPC campaigns require a $25 minimum daily budget. Unused balance does not expire.

How fast is approval?

Most applications are reviewed within one business day. Once the deposit clears, campaigns typically go live within 24 hours.

Can I choose where my ads appear?

Yes. Build a whitelist from reviewed publisher domains or start with a curated list from your manager. Domain, category and source blacklists apply at campaign level.

What tracking do you support?

Server-to-server postbacks and pixel-based conversion tracking with configurable click IDs. Your manager helps map events before launch.

Do you accept all verticals?

Mainstream performance verticals are accepted. Restricted categories such as gambling, finance and dating require prior review. Malware, deceptive software, counterfeit goods and illegal products are never accepted.

Is there a contract?

No minimum contract. Budgets are prepaid, campaigns can be paused at any time, and unused balance remains on the account.

Publishers

How much traffic do I need?

There is no hard minimum to apply. We review content, ownership and traffic sources before activation, then recommend placements based on your sessions and audience.

How much can I earn?

Revenue depends on GEO, format, placement and season. Your manager provides an eCPM range for your mix before you place tags, and reporting shows performance by placement.

Will ads slow my site?

Tags load asynchronously and placements are lazy-loaded. Most publishers see no measurable Core Web Vitals impact after a short monitoring period.

Can I control ad density and formats?

Yes. You choose formats and placements per domain, and your manager can recommend density limits based on layout and audience.

Is there exclusivity?

No. You can run other networks alongside Panda Intelligence as long as placements do not violate our quality policy or create deceptive experiences.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

Wire transfer, Paxum and USDT are standard for deposits. Card and regional methods may be available on request. Publisher payouts use wire, Paxum or USDT.

When do publishers get paid?

Weekly, from a $50 balance, NET-7 after first approval. Timing can vary by method, bank and jurisdiction; your manager confirms the schedule before your first payment.

How are invalid-traffic deductions handled?

Suspicious impressions, clicks and conversions are removed before payout. Adjustments are itemized in reporting so you can see exactly what changed.

Can I get a refund of unused advertiser balance?

Yes, subject to account verification and any outstanding adjustments. Contact your manager to initiate a refund.

In which currency are budgets and payouts?

All budgets, invoices and publisher payouts are denominated in US dollars (USD).

Compliance

How do you filter bot traffic?

Pre-bid IVT scoring, data-center detection and behavioral checks run on every impression. Post-bid, click patterns, conversion quality and complaints are monitored continuously. Failing sources are paused.

What content is prohibited?

Malware, phishing, deceptive software, counterfeit goods, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, illegal products and content that exploits minors. Restricted categories require written approval.

How do I report a bad ad?

Use the Report Abuse page or email [email protected] with the ad URL, a screenshot and a short description. We aim to review every report within 24 hours.

Where is my data stored?

Application and reporting data is stored on infrastructure in the United States with access controls and encryption in transit. See the Privacy Policy for retention and rights.
